四川省临床专科护士科研能力现状与影响因素分析 被引量:34

摘要 目的了解四川省专科护士科研能力现状及其影响因素,为制定专科护士科研能力培训方案、提高其科研能力提供理论依据。方法采用一般资料问卷和科研能力自评量表对633名专科护士进行问卷调查,采用线性回归探索影响专科护士科研能力的主要因素。结果科研能力得分由高到低分别为论文写作能力、科研实践能力、问题发现能力、文献查阅能力、资料处理能力和科研设计能力,影响专科护士科研能力得分的因素主要为性别、年龄、工作年限、学历、职称、医院等级和科研活动参与情况。结论四川省专科护士整体科研能力处于中等,但资料处理能力和科研设计能力较弱,且水平参差不齐,影响因素多样,提示为临床专科护士进行的科研培训应具有针对性和多样性。 Objective To understand the scientific research capacity in clinical nurse specialists and its influencing factors in Sichuan province,and to provide the theory basis for research capacity training programs of clinical nurse specialists.Method The general information questionnaire and the scientific research ability self-rating scale were used to conduct a questionnaire survey on 633 clinical nurse specialists,and linear regression was used to explore the main factors affecting the research ability of clinical nurse specialists.Results From high to low,the scientific research ability scores are:thesis writing ability,scientific research practice ability,problem discovery ability,literature review ability,data processing ability and scientific research design ability.The main factors affecting the scientific research ability score of clinical nurse specialists are:gender,age,working years,educational background,professional title,hospital level and participation in scientific research activities.Conclusion The overall scientific research ability of clinical nurse specialists in Sichuan province is in the middle level,but the data processing ability and research design ability are weak.The level is uneven and the influencing factors are diverse.This suggests that scientific research training for clinical nurse specialists should be targeted and diverse.
