摘要 对鞍钢1580热轧生产线粗轧区域的轧制工艺进行了讨论,针对粗轧区温降大,影响粗轧稳定性问题,开发了R1自由轧制工艺技术。实施后,粗轧区域温降减少了13℃,出炉温度降低了30℃,粗轧机轧制能力提高了40 t/h,年创效637万元。 The rolling process used in the rough rolling zone in 1580 hot rolling production line of Ansteel was discussed.In view of the problem that the temperature drop in the rough rolling zone was big,which influenced the stability of the roughing mill,the free rolling process for R1 was developed.After the process was applied onto the roughing mill,the temperature drop in the rough rolling zone was reduced by 13℃and the temperature of rolled stocks from the furnace was reduced by 30℃,and therefore the rolling capacity of the roughing mill was increased by 40 t/h and the annual benefit-creating was 6.37 million yuan RMB.
