摘要
基于3D打印技术原理,提出了培养专业核心能力的层叠式培养模式,从知识、技能、态度的“化学结构”,细分能力簇的“物理结构”,会用、熟用、创用的“水平结构”三个维度对专业核心能力进行3D建模。价值方向系统、理念定位系统、体系实操系统、平台支撑系统、动力激发系统五个子系统,相互补充,环环紧扣,层层累进,有机构成了层叠式培养模式的系统框架。实施层叠式培养模式,需在识别专业核心能力、推进制度设计与环境营造、优化数字技术运用以及改善培养质量闭环等方面科学谋划、精准施策。
Based on the principle of 3D printing technology,this paper puts forward a cascading training mode for cultivating core professional competence.It makes 3D modeling of core professional competence from three dimensions:the"chemical structure"of knowledge,skills and attitude,the"physical structure"of subdivided ability cluster,and the"horizontal structure"of knowledge,skills and creativity.The five subsystems of value orientation system,concept positioning system,system practice system,platform support system and power stimulation system complement each other,interlink closely and advance step by step,which constitute the system framework of cascading training mode.The implementation of the cascading training mode requires scientific planning and precise measures in identifying core professional competence,promoting system design and environment construction,optimizing the use of digital technology,and improving the closed-loop training quality.
