贝那普利对心阳虚模型大鼠心功能相关指标的影响 被引量:2

Effects of benazepril on cardiac function related indexes in rats with heart-yang deficiency

摘要 【目的】旨在研究贝那普利对心阳虚模型大鼠心电图ST段、心率、心肌酶以及心肌组织病理学的作用,为其在临床上对心阳虚证的治疗提供参考。【方法】以阿霉素联合冰水浴冷刺激法制作心阳虚大鼠模型,采用多道生理信号采集处理系统监测心电图、心率变化,并以生化分析仪检测心肌酶活性,常规方法制作心脏切片并观察其组织病理学变化。【结果】模型组大鼠出现虚寒症状,心电图ST段在第35、42天明显抬高(P<0.01),心率从14天开始明显降低(P<0.05/P<0.01),心肌酶LDH、CK、ALT、AST活性显著升高(P<0.05/P<0.01),心肌细胞出现空泡变性、心肌变性和轻度单个核细胞浸润。贝那普利组大鼠虚寒症状好转,心电图ST段在第7、14、35、42天明显回落(P<0.05/P<0.01),心率在第14、35天显著增加(P<0.01),心肌酶LDH、CK、ALT、AST活性显著降低(P<0.05/P<0.01),心脏仅见极轻度单个核细胞浸润。【结论】贝那普利通过降低心电图ST段异常升高、增加心率、降低心肌酶活性、改善心肌损伤程度减轻心阳虚模型大鼠虚寒症状,对其具有良好的预防和保护作用。 [Objective]To study the effects of benazepril on ST segment of electrocardiogram(ECG),heart rate,myocardial enzyme and histopathological changes of myocardium in rats with heart-yang deficiency,and to provide a reference for its clinical treatment of heart-yang deficiency.[Methods]Adriamycin combined with an ice water bath was used to make the rat heart-yang deficiency model.The changes of ECG and heart rate were monitored by multi-channel physiological signal acquisition and processing system,and the activity of myocardial enzyme was detected by biochemical analyzer.The conventional method was used to make heart sections and the histopathological change was observed.[Results]The rats in the model group showed deficiency&cold symptoms,the ST segment of ECG highly significantly increased on the 35 th and 42 nd day(P<0.01),the heart rate decreased from the 14 th day(P<0.05 or P<0.01),the activity of LDH,CK,ALT,AST increased(P<0.05 or P<0.01),and the myocardial cells showed vacuolar degeneration,myocardial degeneration and mild mononuclear cells infiltration.The rats in benazepril group became better from deficiency&cold symptoms,ST segment of ECG decreased on the 7 th,14 th,35 th and 42 nd day(P<0.05 or P<0.01),heart rate increased on the 14 th and 35 th day(P<0.01),the activity of LDH,CK,ALT and AST decreased(P<0.05 or P<0.01),and only very mild mononuclear cells infiltration was found in the heart.[Conclusion]Benazepril alleviates the symptoms of deficiency&cold in rats with heart-yang deficiency via reducing the abnormal elevation of ST segment,increasing heart rate,decreasing the activity of myocardial enzyme,and improve the degree of myocardial injury and shows a good preventive and protective effect.
