摘要
新型冠状病毒肺炎的爆发使线上医疗服务快速发展,线上与线下服务的整合成为关键。本文以武汉某三甲妇幼保健院为例,提出了O2O患者服务流程,并从诊前、诊中、诊后三个阶段分析了妇幼保健院患者服务的个性化需求,梳理了妇幼保健院O2O患者服务流程的构建思路,并对该院O2O患者服务流程产生的效果进行了分析。本研究可为其他妇幼保健院O2O患者服务流程建设提供有益的参考。
Due to the outbreak of COVID-19,the online medical service has mushroomed,and the integration of online and offline service becomes more and more important.This study takes a Grade-A tertiary Maternal and Child Health hospital in Wuhan as an example and proposes a mode of O2O medical service.Personalized service and the construction of patient service process based on O2O in maternal and child hospital are introduced and summarized from three aspects,which are pre-diagnosis,in-diagnosis and post-diagnosis.This study sorts out the ideas of establishing the O2O patient service process of a maternal and child health hospital.The effects of such a process are also described in details.The results show that this mode can provide a very good reference for other maternal and child hospitals and promote the healthy development of smart hospital.
