可溶性PD-1/PD-L1在肝癌中的研究进展被引量：1

摘要肝细胞癌(hepatocellular carcinoma,HCC)是肝脏最常见的原发性肿瘤,免疫疗法的诞生为晚期HCC患者治疗带来新的希望。在各种免疫治疗方法当中,程序性细胞死亡蛋白-1.(progranmed cell death-1,PD-1)及其配体程序性死亡受体配体-1(progranmed cell death-ligand 1,PD-L1)成为近期研究热点,PD-1/PD-L1信号通路降低了免疫应答中的效应T细胞活性从而发生肿瘤免疫逃逸,其可溶性程序性细胞死亡蛋白-1(soluble programmed cell death-1;SPD-1)及其配体程序性死亡受体配体-1(soluble programmed cell death-ligand 1;SPD-L1)也增加了PD-1/PD-L1信号通路组成和功能的复杂性及多样性,本文就SPD-1/SPD-L1在HCC中的研究作系统性综述。
