摘要
“双一流”背景下,不断调整和优化师资队伍结构是打造高水平师资队伍的关键,也是提升高校教育质量的保障。本研究基于2014-2018年新疆高校教师队伍情况统计数据的实证分析,发现新疆普通高校存在生师比过高、博士学历占比低于全国平均水平、高级职称占比较小、年龄结构呈现年轻化态势等问题。建议采取设置专项补助经费、适当增设博士授予点、优化职称评审标准、挖掘青年教师潜力与银龄教师学术红利等路径,进一步优化新疆高校师资队伍结构,以提高师资队伍的整体水平。
Under the background of“double first-class”,it is a key link to realize the connotative develop⁃ment of Xinjiang colleges and universities to adjust the construction status of the teaching staff structure,and build a high-level teacher team gradually.This study is based on the empirical analysis of teachers in Xinjiang universities’statistical data from 2014 to 2018.It is found that the ratio of students to teachers in ordinary uni⁃versities in Xinjiang is too high,the proportion of doctoral qualifications is lower than the national average,the proportion of positive senior titles is very smaller,the number of teachers at low titles is increasing,and the age structure is getting younger.It is recommended to set up special subsidies,add PhD grant points appropriately,optimize the evaluation criteria for the title assessment,tap the potential of young teachers and the academic divi⁃dend of silver-aged teachers simultaneously,further optimize the structure of college teachers and improve the overall level of teachers.
