摘要
目的对比分析实施PDCA循环前后医疗绩效管理的效果。方法医院每季度进行一次绩效管理考核,分为核心制度、病历质量、用药情况、耗材情况和医疗效率5个维度。2019年第一季度绩效管理开始引入PDCA循环,以第一季度各维度得分作为基础值,对比分析引入PDCA循环前后各维度得分,以手术科室为例,进行统计分析。结果核心制度、病历质量、耗材情况维度得分比较,均P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义;用药情况、医疗效率维度得分比较,均P>0.05,但各季度得分相比基础值均逐渐升高,第四季度与基础值比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医疗绩效管理中实施PDCA循环,能有效提升管理水平,促进医疗质量螺旋上升。
Objective In before and after PDCA cycle,compared and analyzed the effect medical performance management.Methods Separation performance management of five dimensions:core system,medical record quality,medication,consumables and medical efficiency,and the assessment was conducted quarterly.In the first quarter of 2019,the hospital began introduced PDCA cycle into performance management,and the first quarter scores of each dimension as control group,compared and analyzed the scores of each dimension before and after the introduction of PDCA cycle.Taking surgical department as an example,and do the corresponding statistical.Results There were differences of statistically significant in the scores of core system,medical record quality and consumables(P<0.05),and there were no differences of statistically significant in the of scores of medication,medical efficiency(P>0.05).However,compared with the base value,the scores of each quarter gradually increased,and the difference between the fourth quarter and the base value was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of PDCA cycle in medical performance management can effectively improve the management level and promoting the spiral rise of medical quality.
