摘要
急收是一种常见话语抑制策略。从关系管理理论研究发现,急收说话人通过互动或情感半分离方式避免挑起或激化受话人的负面情绪以维持人际关系,增强对方的兴趣、恐惧等情绪以实现交际目标,减弱己方负面情绪以维护自身面子和公平权。急收话语主要管理不悦、伤心、尴尬等负面情绪,是说话人对当前可能造成人际关系后果话语的自我预警,是通过抑制"情绪激化语"管理受话人负面情绪的"安全阀"。从急收语料反观关系管理模式发现,情绪不仅是关系管理的被动结果,还应是关系管理的重要维度。与面子、交际目标等维度相比,情绪管理具有优先性和过渡性。
Aposiopesis is a common repressive utterance strategy. Based on rapport management, data demonstrate that aposiopesis, by half interactional or affective detachment, mainly aims at avoiding stirring or aggravating the hearer’s negative emotions to maintain relationship. Meanwhile, it could arouse the hearer’s curiosity or fear of something unknown to better realize the interactional goal. Likewise, it can also weaken the speaker’s own negative emotions to save face and uphold equity. Generally, aposiopesis inclines to manage negative emotions like unhappiness, sadness, awkwardness, etc. By omitting emotion aggravators, aposiopesis serves as a "save valve" to manage the hearer’s negative emotion. The data of aposiopesis indicate that, emotion management should rightfully be one of the dimensions rather than just passive results of rapport management. Meanwhile, emotion management is a transitional but prior dimension compared with other dimensions like face, interactive goal management, etc.
