摘要
研究建立饲用植物姜黄粗提物的高效液相色谱(HPLC)特征图谱。采用Sunfire C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm,Waters)色谱柱,以乙腈和0.1%甲酸水为流动相进行梯度洗脱,流速1.0 mL/min、柱温35℃、检测波长254 nm、进样量10μL。成功建立30批姜黄粗提物的HPLC特征图谱,确定8个特征峰,指认3个色谱峰,分别为双去甲氧基姜黄素、去甲氧基姜黄素、姜黄素。试验表明,该方法具有良好的精密度、重复性、稳定性。
The experiment aims to establish the characteristic spectrum of forage plant-Curcuma longa L.A Sunfire C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm,Waters)column was used for gradient elution with acetonitrile and 0.1%water as mobile phase.The volume flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,the column temperature was 35℃,the detection wavelength was 254 nm,and the injection volume was 10μL.The HPLC characteristic spectrum of thirteen batches’Curcuma longa L.were successfully established.A total of eight characteristic peaks were picked and three chromatographic peaks were identified,namely,dimethoxycurcumin,demethoxycurcumin and curcumin,respectively.The method has good precision,repeatability and stability.
