摘要
针对无刷直流电机无位置传感器控制,对传统反电势观测器进行改进,在原有结构基础上加入线性误差函数项,加速其估算误差的收敛速度;同时采用了一种新的群优化算法--灰狼优化算法,以时间乘以误差绝对值积分(ITAE)为指标对观测器增益及线性误差函数项系数进行寻优.相较于传统观测器增益采用极点配置的方法,该方法确定增益精度性更高,可有效的降低速度估算过程中的误差.仿真实验表明该方法具有良好的收敛性及鲁棒性,可实现无刷直流电机无位置传感器控制.
The gain of state observer is a key factor to affect the fast convergence and stability of the observer.For sensorless control of brushless DC motor,the traditional back-EMF observer is improved,and linear error function term is added to the original structure to accelerate the convergence speed of the estimation error.At the same time,ITAE as the index and a novel swarm optimization algorithm-Grey Wolf Optimization algorithm is used to optimize the observer parameters.Compared with the traditional method of pole placement for observer gain,this method is more accurate,and the error of velocity estimation is effectively reduced.The simulation results show that the method has good convergence and robustness and can realize sensorless control of the BLDCM.
