摘要
对25Cr Mo、30CrMo和42CrMo钢刀具进行了860℃淬火工艺试验,且对42CrMo钢刀具进行860、850、830℃淬火及预热+830℃淬火试验,对比了刀槽的畸变量。结果表明:随着碳含量增加,低中碳铬钼钢刀槽860℃淬火时刀槽畸变量呈上升趋势,最大畸变量在-0.15~+0.15 mm波动。随着淬火温度的降低,42CrMo钢刀槽畸变量下降到-0.10~+0.09 mm,增加预处理对刀槽畸变量无显著影响。
For 25 CrMo,30 CrMo and 42 CrMo steel tools,quenching process at 860℃was carried out,and the 42 CrMo steel tool was tested for 860,850,830℃quenching and preheating+830℃quenching,for comparing the distortion data of the tool groove.The results show that with carbon content increasing,the distortion of low-and medium-carbon chromium-chromium steel tool groove quenched at 860℃increases,and the max distortion is fluctuated between-0.15 and+0.15 mm.With quenching temperature decreasing,the distortion of 42 CrMo steel tool groove is drops to-0.10-+0.09 mm.
