摘要
目的研究为患有牙周病的患者实施可摘式钛合金牙周夹板进行修复治疗的效果。方法120例于2018年12月—2019年12月在该院接受牙周病修复治疗的患者,按照奇偶法将样本均分为探究组和通例组,通例组实施可摘式局部义齿修复治疗,探究组实施可摘式钛合金牙周夹板修复治疗,比较两组治疗前后临床指标、临床疗效、术后并发症发生率。结果治疗前,两组牙周袋探诊深度、龈沟出血指数、菌斑指数以及咀嚼功能数据差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,探究组牙周袋探诊深度、龈沟出血指数、菌斑指数以及咀嚼功能均优于通例组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);探究组治疗总有效率(95.00%)明显高于通例组(76.66%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.292,P=0.004);探究组术后并发症的总发生率(5.00%)显著低于通例组(18.33%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.175,P=0.023)。结论将可摘式钛合金牙周夹板应用于牙周病患者的修复治疗中,可有效改善患者的临床指标,提升患者的治疗效果,促进康复,而且产生的术后并发症较少,值得推广。
Objective To study the effect of a removable titanium alloy periodontal splint for patients with periodontal disease.Methods 120 patients who received periodontal restoration treatment in the hospital from December 2018 to December 2019 were divided into the exploratory group and the general case group according to the parity method.The general case group was treated with removable partial denture restoration.The exploratory group performed removable titanium alloy periodontal splint repair treatment,and compared the clinical indicators,clinical efficacy,and postoperative complications between the two groups before and after treatment.Results Before treatment,the two groups had little difference in the depth of periodontal pocket exploration,gingival crevicular hemorrhage index,plaque index,and chewing function data,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);Gingival crevicular hemorrhage index,plaque index and chewing function were better than the general group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the total effective rate of treatment in the exploratory group(95.00%)was significantly higher than the general group(76.66%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=8.292,P=0.004);the total incidence of postoperative complications in the exploratory group(5.00%)was significantly lower than that in the general group(18.33%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.175,P=0.023).Conclusion The application of removable titanium alloy periodontal splints in the prosthetic treatment of patients with periodontal disease can effectively improve the patient's clinical indicators,enhance the patient's treatment effect,promote rehabilitation,and produce fewer postoperative complications,which is worthy of promotion.
