神经介入疗法治疗脑血管疾病的临床研究

摘要 目的以脑血管疾病患者作为研究对象,分析神经介入疗法治疗脑血管疾病的临床效果及价值。方法选取2017年5月—2019年5月期间120例脑血管疾病患者作为研究对象,运用随机数字表法分为实验组与对照组,各60例,实验组应用神经介入治疗微创手术,对照组应用常规手术治疗及药物保守治疗,对比两组患者治疗前后神经功能缺损评分、术后并发症情况。结果实验组患者治疗后神经功能评分(18.49±1.36)分低于对照组(30.41±2.41)分,两组差异有统计学意义(t=10.268,P=0.003);实验组患者并发症总发生率(10.0%)优于对照组(35.0%),两组差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=10.753,P=0.002)。结论为脑血管疾病患者通过神经介入治疗方式有效提升患者临床效果,控制患者神经功能缺损,减少患者术后并发症发生,从而提高神经介入治疗在临床医学上的价值,值得临床医学广泛使用及推广。 Objective To analyze the clinical effects and value of neurointerventional therapy in the treatment of cerebrovascular diseases with patients with cerebrovascular diseases.Methods From May 2017 to May 2019,120 patients with cerebrovascular diseases were selected as the research objects.Using random number table method,they were divided into the experimental group and the control group,with 60 cases each group.The experimental group was treated with neurointerventional minimally invasive surgery.The control group was treated with conventional surgical treatment and conservative medication.The scores of neurological deficits and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results The score of neurological function(18.49±1.36)points of the experimental group after treatment was lower than that of the control group(30.41±2.41)points.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(t=10.268,P=0.003);the total incidence of complications in the group(10.0%)was better than that in the control group(35.0%).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(χ^(2)=10.753,P=0.002).Conclusion Neurointerventional therapy for patients with cerebrovascular disease can effectively improve the clinical effect of patients,control the neurological deficits of patients,and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,thereby improving the value of neurointervention in clinical medicine,which is worthy of widely use and promotion in clinic.
