摘要
目的:分析小儿脑瘫康复护理干预中引导式教育的应用效果。方法:选取某院2017年10月~2019年10月收治的60例脑瘫患儿,按照数字随机表法分为对照组(应用常规护理方法)和实验组(应用引导式教育护理方法)各30例,分析两组护理前后GMFM评分、Ashworth评分。结果:护理前两组患儿GMFM评分、Ashworth评分比较差异不明显(P>0.05);护理后实验组GMFM评分、Ashworth评分显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:小儿脑瘫康复护理干预中引导式教育的应用效果显著,可改善肢体运动功能和降低肌张力,值得临床推广应用。
Objective:To analyze the application effect of guided education in the rehabilitation nursing intervention for children with cerebral palsy.Methods:Atotal of 60 children with cerebral palsy admitted to a hospital(from October 2017 to October 2019)were selected and divided into control group(using conventional nursing method)and experimental group(using guided education nursing method)according to the random table of Numbers,with 30 cases in each group.GMFM score and Ashworth score before and after nursing were analyzed.Results:Before nursing,there was no significant difference in GMFM score and Ashworth score between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,GMFM score and Ashworth score of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of guided education in the rehabilitation nursing intervention for children with cerebral palsy is remarkable,which can improve the limb motor function and reduce the muscle tension,and is worthy of clinical application.
