摘要 从燃气涡轮发动机涡轮叶片的结构和合金材料发展特点的角度,阐述了高温合金涡轮叶片近净形熔模精密铸造技术研究发展的趋势,并对单晶涡轮叶片型性共控技术提出了展望。 In this paper,based on the review for the development characteristics of gas turbine engine,the structure of turbine airfoils and the superalloys,the research trends of the investment casting technology are depicted,and the future development on the dimension-performance integration control technology for single crystal superalloy turbine airfoils is also prospected.
