摘要
目的通过对历代古籍中治疗滑胎症方剂的整理、分析,挖掘其中药物的潜在关联规律,为临床用药提供参考依据。方法将所查阅到的历代中医古籍中治疗滑胎的方剂建立数据库,统计其中所包含药物的分类、功效、性、味、归经等数据,运用Excle 2007、SPSS 22.0、Weka 3.8、Cytoscape 3.6.1及"中医药数据挖掘系统"进行数据挖掘分析。结果总共筛选出中医古籍61本,收录方剂104首,涉及中药150味。其中出现频次较高的中药有当归、白术、川芎、熟地黄、白芍、续断、黄芩、杜仲等,多属温性补虚药,且归肝、脾、肾经药物居多。常用药对白术-当归、川芎-当归、川芎-白术、熟地黄-当归、熟地黄-白术、白芍-当归等。单独药对以补血活血、健脾养阴为主,重组新方以养血活血、补肾、燥湿安胎为主,兼有益气、行气之用。结论中医药对于滑胎的治疗有着完备的理论体系和丰富的临床经验传承,所筛选出的方剂大多具有健脾益肾之作用,可为当代中医临床实践提供参考。
Objective To find out the potential relationship of drugs in the prescriptions for the treatment of habitual abortion in ancient books and provide reference for clinical use.Methods The database of prescriptions for treatment of habitual abortion in ancient books of Chinese medicine was established,and the data of classification,efficacy,properties,taste and meridian tropism of the drugs were counted.The data mining and analysis were carried out by using Excel 2007,SPSS 22.0,Weka 3.8,Cytoscape 3.6.1 and"Data Mining System of Chinese Medicine".Results A total of 61 ancient books of traditional Chinese medicine were selected,including 104 prescriptions,involving 150 traditional Chinese medicines.Among them,Danggui(Angelicae Sinensis Radix),Baizhu(Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma),Chuanxiong(Chuanxiong Rhizoma),Shudihuang(Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata),Baishao(Paeoniae Radix Alba),Xuduan(Dipsaci Radix),Huangqin(Scutellariae Radix),Duzhong(Eucommiae Cortex)and so on were the most frequent traditional Chinese medicines,most of which are warming tonic drugs,and most of them are liver,spleen and kidney meridian drugs.The commonly used drugs were Baizhu(Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma)-Danggui(Angelicae Sinensis Radix),Chuanxiong(Chuanxiong Rhizoma)-Danggui(Angelicae Sinensis Radix),Chuanxiong(Chuanxiong Rhizoma)-Baizhu(Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma),Shudihuang(Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata)-Danggui(Angelicae Sinensis Radix),Shudihuang(Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata)-Baizhu(Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma),Baishao(Paeoniae Radix Alba)-Danggui(Angelicae Sinensis Radix),etc.The single drug pair was mainly for tonifying and activating blood,invigorating spleen and nourishing Yin,and the new recombination formula was mainly for nourishing and activating blood,invigorating kidney,drying dampness and calming the fetus,which had the function of benefiting Qi and promoting Qi.Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine has a complete theoretical system and rich clinical experience for the treatment of habitual abortion.Most of the selected prescriptions have the function of strengthening the spleen and benefiting the kidney,which can provide a reference for the clinical practice of contemporary Chinese medicine.
