摘要
为解决煤矿井下低矮变形巷道顶板和侧帮垮落危险区域缺乏专用、可靠设备的难题,提出了巷道治理施工机型及工艺的选择要求,研制了WPZ-45/700LY型煤矿用远控修复机,研究了工作机构、执行机构、快换装置、液压系统和远控系统等关键技术,分析了修复机各部件功能及技术特点,并在地面进行了型式试验,累计完成地面修复进尺50 m,修复厚度为0.3~1.2 m,远控距离20 m,平均起底效率约2.8 m/h。试验表明:远控巷道修复机结构设计合理,液压系统和电控系统可靠,施工效率高,满足巷道围岩治理施工设备工艺要求。
In order to solve the problem of the lack of the special and reliable equipment in the low and deformation roadway roof and side caving danger areas in coal mines, the selection requirements of the roadway treatment construction model and technology were proposed, and the WPZ-45/700 LY remote control repair for coal mine was developed. We studied the key technologies of working mechanism, actuator, quick change device, hydraulic system and remote control system, analyzed the function and technical characteristics of each component of the repair machine, and conducted type tests on the ground. The cumulative ground repair footage was 50 m. The repair thickness was 0.3 m to 1.2 m, the remote control distance was 20 m, and the average lifting efficiency was about 2.8 m/h. The test showed that the remote control roadway repair machine has reasonable structural design,reliable hydraulic and electronic control systems, and high construction efficiency. It satisfies the technical requirements of construction equipment for roadway surrounding rock treatment.
