摘要
目的探讨肢体语言沟通联合个体化护理在小儿护理工作中的效果。方法以本院随机抽取84例患儿作为观察对象,设置对照组(n=42)与联合组(n=42),对照组患儿给予常规护理,联合组在对照组基础上联合实施肢体语言沟通与个体化护理,比较护理前后两组患儿生理和心理舒适度,护理后患儿依从性和患儿家属对护理方式满意度。结果两组护理前生理、心理舒适度评分无明显差异,护理后,观察组生理、心理舒适度评分,患儿依从性以及家属满意率均优于对照组,两组差异显著(P<0.05)。结论在对患儿进行护理中,与常规护理方式相比,在此基础上,联合使用肢体语言沟通与个体化护理,可提升护理质量和护理水平,以及患者满意度。
Objective To explore the effect of body language communication combined with individualized nursing in pediatric nursing work.Methods 84 patients were randomly selected from our hospital as observation objects,and all children were averagely included in the control group and the control group using random number table method.In the combined group,42 patients were in both groups.The control group received routine nursing care.The combined group implemented body language communication and individualized nursing based on the control group.The physical and psychological comfort of the two groups of children were compared before and after nursing.Children’s compliance and their families’satisfaction with the nursing style.Results After nursing,the scores of physiological and psychological comfort in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the nursing of children,compared with the routine nursing methods,on this basis,the combined use of body language communication and individualized nursing can improve the quality and nursing level of nursing care,as well as patient satisfaction.
