摘要
目的分析脑卒中后吞咽功能障碍患者中电动牙刷口颜面部震动按摩疗法的应用效果及临床价值。方法选取2018年2月至2019年2月本院收治的78例脑卒中患者,按照抽签的形式分为治疗组和常规组,各39例。常规组接受常规吞咽障碍训练方法,治疗组接受电动牙刷口颜面部震动按摩疗法联合常规训练方法,比较两组治疗前后的吞咽障碍程度评分。结果治疗组的吞咽障碍等级优于常规组(P<0.05);治疗组吞咽障碍程度评分高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论给予脑卒中后吞咽障碍的患者电动牙刷口颜面部震动按摩疗法,可改善患者的吞咽障碍症状,值得临床推广。
Objective To analyze the application effect and clinical value of electric toothbrush, facial and facial vibration massage therapy in patients with swallowing dysfunction after stroke. Methods A total of 78 stroke patients admitted to our hospital were selected from February 2018 to February 2019, they were divided into treatment group and conventional group according to the form of lottery, with 39 cases in each group. The conventional group received conventional dysphagia training method and the treatment group received electric toothbrush facial facial vibration massage therapy combined with routine training method. The scores of dysphagia before and after treatment were compared between two groups. Results The grade of dysphagia in the treatment group was better than that in the conventional group(P<0.05);the degree of dysphagia in the treatment group was higher than that in the conventional group(P<0.05). Conclusion The electric toothbrush, facial and facial vibration massage therapy for patients with dysphagia after stroke can significantly improve the symptoms of dysphagia and is worthy of promotion.
