用分层燃烧技术和火花塞布置改善排放性

Improving Emission Performance with Stratified Combustion Technology and Spark Plug Arrangement

摘要 为了使燃烧室内燃料充分燃烧,减少汽车污染物排放,改进燃烧室的结构设计,实现充分的稀薄燃烧是有效的手段。在燃烧室结构设计时,使燃料实现分层燃烧,对燃烧室配置合适的高能火花塞有利于实现燃烧室内混合气的理想点燃和理想燃烧。本文验证了分层燃烧,射流点火等技术在燃烧室的应用,可以有效减少氮氧化物的排放。 In order to make the fuel of combustion chamber full combustion and reduce vehicle pollutant emissions,to improve the structure design of the combustion chamber and to achieve full lean combustion is an effective means.In the structure design of the combustion chamber,the stratified combustion of fuel is realized,and the suitable high energy spark plug is beneficial to realize the ideal ignition and ideal combustion of the mixture in the combustion chamber.This paper verifies that the application of stratified combustion,jet ignition and other technologies in the combustion chamber can effectively reduce the emission of NOx.
