摘要
随着市场竞争的日益激烈和消费需求的多样变化,传统制造企业需要通过服务化转型来保持竞争优势.利用2018年中国上市制造企业的样本数据实证检验了大数据、服务化水平对企业绩效的影响机理,结果表明:大数据技术的应用对企业绩效具有显著正向影响,服务化水平在该影响过程中发挥中介作用,员工素质正向调节服务化水平与企业绩效之间的关系.最后,从政府和企业角度提出了实现大数据驱动下制造企业服务化转型升级,促进企业绩效提升的政策建议.
With the increasingly fierce market competition and the diversified changes of consumer demand,traditional manufacturing enterprises need to maintain their competitive advantages through service-oriented transformation.Using the sample data of China's listed manufacturing enterprises in 2018,this paper empirically tests the impact mechanism of big data and level of servitization on enterprise performance.The results show that the application of big data technology has a significant positive impact on enterprise performance,the level of servitization plays a mediating role in the impact process,and the staff quality positively moderates the relationship between level of servitization and enterprise performance.Finally,from the perspective of the governments and enterprises,the paper puts forward policy suggestions to realize the service-oriented transformation and upgrading of manufacturing enterprises driven by big data and promote the improvement of enterprise performance.
