摘要
导师与研究生作为研究生培养过程中最基本也是最核心的主体,两者之间的关系状态直接影响研究生培养质量。导师与研究生发展共同体理念的认同对研究生培养有着重要作用。从博弈论视野对导师与研究生发展共同体理念认同的生成逻辑进行分析,主要从双方主体达成共识的逻辑起点——差异与冲突,分析导师与研究生之间的博弈过程——互动(合作博弈和非合作博弈两种模式),对影响导生博弈关系的变量因素进行分析——博弈假设,探寻出导师与研究生构建发展共同体理念的博弈选择——师生共赢(博弈收益)。
Tutors and postgraduates are the most basic and core subjects in the process of postgraduate training.The relationship between the two directly affects the quality of postgraduate training.The idea of the tutor-postgraduate shared future has played an important role in the cultivation of graduate students.From the perspective of game theory,the analysis of the generation logic of the tutor-postgraduate shared future is mainly based on the logical starting point of the consensus between the two parties-conflict,analysis The game process between the tutor and the graduate student-interaction(two modes of cooperative game and non-cooperative game),the analysis of the variable factors affecting the relationship between the tutor and the game-the game hypothesis as well as the game between the tutor and the graduate student to build the shared future are explored to seek a win-win situation between teachers and students(gaming revenue).
