摘要
近年来日本抓住机遇,快速实现了几大FTA的主导权,而且质量和数量都堪称上乘,由此成为全球自由贸易的主导力量。在研究几大FTA运作过程的基础上,结合日本与CPTPP10国及中美欧的贸易投资数据,分析日本的区域一体化战略及FTA的实际效果,对中国进一步参与全球经济治理和亚太区域一体化有着重要的现实意义。中国正积极考虑加入全面与进步跨太平洋伙伴关系协定(CPTPP),通过中日互动化解中美贸易摩擦,并为完善“一带一路”治理路径奠定理论基础。
In recent years,Japan has seized the opportunity and realized the dominance of several major FTAs with superior quality and quantity.This paper analyzes Japan's regional integration strategy and the actual effect of FTA based on the research of FTA operation process and the trade and investment data of Japan and CPTTP10 countries,China,the United States and Europe,which is of great practical significance to further participate in global economic governance and Asia-Pacific regional integration.China is actively considering joining the comprehensive and progressive Trans-Pacific Partnership Agreement(CPTPP),resolving Sino-US trade frictions through Sino-Japanese interaction,and laying a theoretical foundation for perfecting"The Belt and Road"governance path.
