摘要
建筑工程土建施工现场管理是建筑企业需要重视的管理内容之一,如果缺乏有效管理很有可能会出现各种安全事故、质量问题等,甚至还会耽误施工的正常进行,最终给建筑企业的品牌形象和经济效益造成不良影响。为此,本文深入探讨了加强建筑工程土建施工现场管理的意义,并提出在现场管理过程中存在的问题和优化措施,以期可以建立完善的管理体系。
Construction site management of civil engineering construction is one of the management content that construction companies need to pay attention to.If there is no effective management,various safety accidents,quality problems,etc.are likely to occur,and even the normal progress of construction will be delayed.The brand image and economic benefits of the company have a negative impact.For this reason,this article discusses in depth the significance of strengthening the civil construction site management of construction engineering,and proposes the existing problems and optimization measures in the on-site management process,in order to establish a perfect management system.
