摘要
以新工科建设目标为背景,分析了当前食品科学与工程专业毕业生在毕业设计工作中存在的问题,并提出了改革策略,应制定完善的毕业设计方案,构建设计课程体系,实行双导师制,加强与实践教育基地项目合作,提升教师指导能力。探讨食品科学与工程专业毕业设计的教学改革策略,能够提升毕业设计质量,为高校高层次创新型人才培养提供参考。
Under the background of new engineering course construction,the research analyzes the problems of graduation project of graduates in Food Science and Engineering Major;and proposes the reform strategies,i.e.to formulate perfect graduation design scheme,construct design course system,implement dual tutorial system,strengthen cooperation with practical teaching base project,and improve teacher guidance.The research explores the strategies of teaching reform of graduation project of Food Science and Engineering Major,to improve graduation design quality,and to provide reference for innovative talents of high level in colleges.
