乳源木莲果水煎液对家兔离体肠平滑肌运动的影响

摘要 目的:观察乳源木莲果水煎液对家兔离体十二指肠平滑肌活动的影响,并探讨其作用机制。方法:采用家兔离体十二指肠平滑肌运动实验,以平均张力和收缩频率为指标,观察不同浓度的乳源木莲果水煎液对正常家兔离体十二指肠平滑肌的影响,同时观察高浓度的乳源木莲果水煎液对乙酰胆碱、阿托品诱导的兴奋及抑制状态的离体十二指肠平滑肌活动的影响。结果:不同浓度的乳源木莲果水煎液均能够明显促进离体十二指肠平滑肌的收缩活动,增强平均张力并加快蠕动频率(P<0.05),且作用强度呈剂量依赖性。高浓度的乳源木莲果水煎液对乙酰胆碱诱导的十二指肠平滑肌收缩活动有协同作用,使平滑肌平均张力进一步增强(P<0.05),但对蠕动频率无显著影响;对阿托品诱导的十二指肠平滑肌舒张活动有拮抗作用,使平滑肌平均张力增强、蠕动频率加快(P<0.05)。结论:乳源木莲果水煎液具有促进离体十二指肠平滑肌收缩的作用,其作用机制可能与激动胆碱能M受体有关。 Objective:To observe the effect of water decoction of manglietia ruyuanensis on the activity of isolated duodenal smooth muscle of rabbits and explore its mechanism.Method:The motility of isolated duodenal smooth muscle of rabbits was studied,the average tension and contraction were taken as indexes,the effects of different concentrations of water decoction of manglietia ruyuanensis on isolated duodenal smooth muscle of normal rabbits were observed.The effects of high concentration of water decoction of manglietia ruyuanensis on the activity of isolated duodenal smooth muscle induced by acetylcholine and Atropine were also observed.Result:Different concentrations of water decoction of manglietia ruyuanensis could significantly promote the contractile activity of isolated duodenal smooth muscle,enhance the average tension and accelerate the peristaltic frequency(P<0.05),and the effect intensity was dose-dependent.The results showed that high concentration of water decoction of manglietia ruyuanensis had synergistic effect on the contraction activity of duodenal smooth muscle induced by acetylcholine(P<0.05),but had no significant effect on the frequency of peristalsis;it had antagonistic effect on the relaxation activity of duodenal smooth muscle induced by Atropine,increased the average tension of smooth muscle and accelerated the frequency of peristalsis(P<0.05).Conclusion:The water decoction of manglietia ruyuanensis can promote the contraction of duodenal smooth muscle in vitro,and the mechanism may be related to the activation of cholinergic M receptor.
