摘要
明胶是来源于猪、牛、鱼等动物的天然高分子,具有多种优良性质,在食品、日用品、医药、生物医用材料和感光等行业和领域有着广泛的应用。现代技术的飞速发展以及人们生活质量的显著提高,使得明胶在医药和生物医用领域的应用潜力被进一步挖掘。本文旨在介绍近年来明胶在医药和生物医用材料领域的应用,以期为读者提供便利、指明方向。
Gelatin is a natural polymer derived from pigs,cattle,fish and other animals,with a variety of excellent properties,and is widely used in food,daily necessities,medicine,biomedical materials and photosensitive industries.With the rapid development of modem technology and the significant improvement of people's quality of life,the application potential of gelatin in the field of medicine and biomedical materials has been further tapped.The purpose of this paper is to introduce the application of gelatin in the field of medicine and biomedical materials in recent years,in order to provide convenience and point out the direction for readers.
