摘要
在房地产市场快速发展的过程中,园林景观绿化工程的好坏不仅反映了住宅小区的工程质量,也是消费者购房时需要考虑的实际问题。可是在实际的设计和施工过程中存在着相关问题,本文就园林景观在房地产住宅项目中的必要性,房地产园林景观设计及施工管理中存在的问题进行研究,并提出相关措施建议。
In the process of the rapid development of real estate market,the quality of the landscape greening project not only reflects the engineering quality of the residential district,but also the actual problem that consumers need to consider when buying an apartment.However,there are related problems in the actual construction and design process.This paper studies the necessity of garden landscape in real estate residential projects,the problems existing in the design and construction management of real estate garden landscape,and puts forward relevant measures and suggestions.
