摘要 烧结矿生产过程中,能源消耗高、污染物排放量大是钢铁企业面临的比较严峻的问题。为了降低烧结生产污染物排放压力,提高能源利用率,天钢联合特钢通过优化烧结原、燃料的成分和配比,改进烧结的工艺控制,实施厚料层烧结以及烧结烟气脱硫、脱硝净化等技术措施,实现了烧结生产污染物排放达到超低排放标准,能源利用率显著提升,获得了较好的经济效益和社会效益。 During sintered ore production,high energy consumption and large pollutant emission are serious problems faced by iron and steel enterprises.In order to reduce sintered production pollutant emission pressure and improve energy utilization rate,by optimizing the constituents and proportioning of sintering feedstock and fuel,improving the process control of sintering,implementing thick material layer sintering,and sintering flue gas desulfurization,denitrification purification and other technical measures,the discharge of pollutants from sintering production has reached the ultra-low emission standard in Combined with Special Steel Co.,the utilization rate of energy has improved significantly,and good economic and social benefits have been obtained.
