摘要 为将连铸生产工艺过程控制纳入铸坯质量判定系统,结合唐钢不锈钢公司的自身条件,以L1、L2、MES、PI、ODS、QMS等信息化系统为基础,建立起一套集工艺过程数据采集、集成、计算与质量等级决策的铸坯质量在线判定系统。本文对该系统开发机理、实施方案、硬件构成以及各个功能模块进行阐述。实践证明,该系统提高了铸坯质量控制水平,也提升了炼钢厂对铸坯质量的实时监控能力。 In order to continuous casting production process control is incorporated into billet quality determination system,combined with the reality condition of Tangshan stainless steel corporation,based on L1、L2、MES、PI、ODS、QMS and other information systems,establishing a set of on-line determination system for casting billet quality,the system comprise technics data collection,integration,calculation and casting billet quality grade judgment.In this paper,the development principles,implementation scheme,hardware structure and function modules of the system are described.Practice shows that the system improves the quality control level of casting billet,also improves the real-time monitoring ability of billet quality in steelmaking plant.
