SCr420曲轴表面发纹原因分析

摘要 本文针对SCr420圆钢经机加工生产曲轴过程中,工件表面出现发纹的问题进行了分析和研究。为了解决SCr420圆棒加工后表面发纹问题,对缺陷产品的宏观形貌、化学成分、夹杂物和微观结构进行了分析。结果表明,圆钢内部夹杂物随轧制过程的延长而扩展,加工后曲轴表面形成发纹缺陷,该类夹杂为连铸工序二次氧化所致。通过在连铸中包下水口与浸入式水口连接处加装氩气密封保护装置,该产品经用户加工后发纹发生率明显降低。 This article an analysis and research on surface hair crack of SCr420 round steel workpiece is carried out,in the process of producing crankshaft.In order to solve the problem of surface hair crack of SCr420 round bar after machining,the macro morphology,chemical composition,inclusions and microstructure of the defective products were analyzed.The results show that internal inclusions of round steel extend with the rolling process and form hair crack defects on the surface of crankshaft after machining,the inclusions are caused by secondary oxidation in continuous casting process.By installing an argon seal protection device between continuous casting tundish lower nozzle and submerged entry nozzle,the incidence of hair crack in this product was significantly reduced.
