摘要
目的:探究实时三维超声心动图在冠心病患者左心室功能的检测价值。方法:选取2018年11月-2019年12月于本院就诊的90例冠心病患者为观察组,同时期的90名健康体检者为对照组。两组均进行实时三维超声心动图检查,比较两组的左心室重塑指标(LVMI、LVM及LVRI)及收缩功能指标(LVEDV、LVESV及LVEF),比较观察组中不同Gensini积分及类型者的检测结果,分析左心室重塑指标、收缩功能指标与冠心病严重程度的关系。结果:观察组的LVRI及LVEF均显著低于对照组,其他左心室重塑指标及收缩功能指标均显著高于对照组,观察组中不同Gensini积分及类型者的检测结果比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Spearman秩相关分析显示,LVRI及LVEF与冠心病严重程度呈负相关(P<0.05),其他左心室重塑指标及收缩功能指标与冠心病严重程度呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:实时三维超声心动图在冠心病患者左心室功能的检测价值较高,对于疾病的严重程度也有一定的检测意义。
Objective:To investigate the detection value of real-time three-dimensional echocardiography for left ventricular function of patients with coronary heart disease.Method:A total of 90 patients with coronary heart disease admitted to our hospital from November 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the observation group,90 healthy subjects during the same period were selected as the control group.Then the two groups were all examined with real-time three-dimensional echocardiography,the left ventricular remodeling indexes(LVMI,LVM and LVRI)and systolic function indexes(LVEDV,LVESV and LVEF)of two groups were compared,the results of different Gensini scores and types in the observation group were compared to analyze the relationship between the indexes of left ventricular remodeling,systolic function and the severity of coronary heart disease.Result:LVRI and LVEF in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,other indicators of left ventricular remodeling and systolic function were significantly higher than those in the control group,comparison of the test results of different Gensini scores and types in the observation group showed statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Spearman rank correlation analysis showed that LVRI and LVEF were negatively correlated with the severity of coronary heart disease(P<0.05),while other indicators of left ventricular remodeling and systolic function were positively correlated with the severity of coronary heart disease(P<0.05).Conclusion:The detection value of real-time three-dimensional echocardiography for left ventricular function of patients with coronary heart disease are higher,it also has certain significance for the severity of disease.
