摘要
针对管接头塑件结构和特点,设计了一副潜伏式浇口两板式塑料模具。为实现塑件外表面凹槽倒扣结构顺利脱模,设计了“斜导柱+瓣合滑块+定位弹簧”的侧抽芯机构,该机构在开模时实现侧抽芯;为实现塑件内螺纹结构顺利脱模,设计了“马达+链条+小齿轮+大齿轮”内螺纹自动脱膜机构,该机构在开模完成后由马达带动链条齿轮机构实现内螺纹抽芯。针对塑件外观质量要求高,产品结构为中空圆筒形式,模具脱模机构采用推板推出。重点研究了模具的浇注系统设计、成型零部件设计、“斜导柱+瓣合滑块+定位弹簧”的侧抽芯机构设计及内螺纹自动脱机构设计等。模具工作顺畅可靠,成型制品符合质量要求,实践表明,模具结构合理。
According to the structure and characteristics of pipe joint plastic parts,a set of sub gate and two plate plastic mold was designed.In order to demould the groove on the outer surface of the pipe,a mechanism of“angle pin+Haff slide+spring”was designed.In order to demould the internal thread of the pipe,an automatic internal thread demoulding mechanism of“motor+chain+pinion+large gear”was designed,the motor drives the chain gear mechanism to realize the internal thread core pulling after the mold is opened.In view of the high requirements of the appearance quality of the plastic parts and the product structure,the mold demoulding mechanism adopts push plate structure.The gating system design,forming parts design,side core pulling mechanism design of“angle pin+Haff slide+spring”and internal thread automatic detaching mechanism design were mainly studied.The practice proves that the mould structure is reasonable,the operation is smooth and stable,and the productions meet the requirements of customers.
