摘要
多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)是临床多发疾病,临床常表现为月经异常、痤疮、多毛、肥胖等,在中医学看来这与肾精不足、肺失宣降的病机密切相关。肾精不足则精不化血,冲任血海空虚,引起月经后期、闭经。肺失宣降,皮毛失于滋养,气血不能输布,毛窍腠理不通发为痤疮、多毛。肺气不利则通调水道功能失司,津液代谢障碍产生痰、湿、水、饮等病理产物,形成肥胖体型。笔者基于中医学理论体系,结合自身长期的临床实践,认为可以通过补肾理肺法来治疗多囊卵巢综合征。《景岳全书·新方八阵·散阵》中大温中饮具有补肾宣肺、行气活血、温化痰饮功效,切合PCOS病机,在临床实践中取得满意疗效,实现了古方为今所用,为PCOS的治疗提供了宝贵的治疗办法,值得临床推广应用。
Polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)is a common clinical disease,which is often manifested as abnormal menstruation,acne,hairy,obesity and so on.The disease is closely related to the pathogenesis of Kidney-essence deficiency and failure of purifying and descending of Lung.Insufficience of Kidney-essence fails to engender blood,causing abnormal menstruation.Failure of purifying and descending of Lung makes the fur lost in nourishing and leads to acne and crinosity.Besides,the disorder of Lung-qi gives rise to the dysregulation of water channel,which can produce phlegm and retained fluid,thus forming an obese body.Therefore,the author believes that the treatment of PCOS can be done by tonifying Kidney and regulating Lung.Dawenzhong Decoction in Complete Works of ZHANG Jingyue has the effects of tonifying Kidney and regulating Lung,activating qi and activating blood,warming and removing phlegm,and it complies with the pathogenesis of PCOS,and has achieved satisfactory curative effect in clinical practice.It realizes the ancient prescription for today’s use and provides a valuable treatment method for PCOS,which is worthy of clinical application.
