我国人造肉市场发展现状及展望研究 被引量:5

摘要 随着人造肉的研发和生产,各类人造肉制品大量涌现,资本市场对人造肉的高度认可与投资,人造肉是否真的适合现在的中国和市场成了关键问题。文章通过对人造肉的概念和国内外的发展概况的介绍,并通过各种形式的调查对我国人造肉市场和产业效益调查分析做出评价,详述了人造肉市场发展及存在的问题。通过SWOT分析法对我国人造肉产业进行了详细分析,最后提出了我国人造肉市场的发展对策和展望。
