提高老挝难选玄武岩氧硫混合铜矿回收率试验 被引量:2

摘要 铜矿资源是世界各国国家安全与经济发展的物质基础,随着经济的飞速发展,对铜资源需求量越来越大,但易选的硫化铜矿石资源逐渐消耗殆尽,因此,氧化铜矿和氧硫混合铜矿的开发和利用成为必然。老挝蚀变玄武岩氧硫混合铜矿,含铜1.00%,氧化率17.60%,其中结合氧化铜占5.60%。工艺矿物学研究表明,该矿具有矿物组成复杂、粒度嵌布细且不均匀、解离不完全等特点。基于选厂的实际考察及工艺矿物学特性,研究分析了磨矿细度、药剂用量、选别流程等对铜回收率指标的影响。试验采用硫氧混合粗扫选—粗精矿集中两次精选—中矿再磨再选流程,其结果表明在-44μm粒级含量占95%的磨矿条件及最佳药剂用量条件下,获得了两种铜精矿;其中精矿1,铜品位为4.23%,铜回收率为3.63%;铜精矿2,铜品位为19.38%,铜回收率为71.56%,合并后铜精矿铜品位为16.52%,铜回收率为75.19%。 Copper resources are the material basis of national security and economic development in all countries around the world.With the rapid development of the economy,the copper resources are in great demand.However,the fact is that the easily selected copper sulfide ore resources are gradually exhausted,it is inevitable to develop and utilize oxidized copper ore and oxysulfide mixed copper ore.For the Laotian altered basalt oxy-sulfur mixed copper mine,it contains 1%of copper,and the oxidation rate is 17.60%,among which the combined copper oxide accounts for 5.60%.The study of process mineralogy shows that the ore is characterized by its complexity of mineral composition,fine particle size with uneven distribution and incomplete separation.Under the guidance of the actual investigation of the concentrator and the characteristics of process mineralogy,this experimental research mainly analyzes the effects of the grinding fineness,dosage of reagents and mineral processing flowsheet on the copper recovery index.The experiment follows the flow diagram of oxy-sulfur mixed scavenging,cleaning the coarse concentration twice and regrinding and recleaning.The results showed that under the grinding condition of-44μm particle size occupying 95%and the optimum dosage of reagent,two kinds of copper concentrates were obtained.Among them,concentrate 1,the copper grade was 4.23%,copper recovery was 3.63%;Copper concentrate 2,copper grade was 19.38%,copper recovery was 71.56%,and the combined copper concentrate copper grade was 16.52%,copper recovery was 75.19%.
