摘要
冶炼污酸一般含有汞、砷和镉等重金属离子,不对其进行处理直接排放会严重污染环境,其传统处理方法均具有一定局限性,且无法回收重金属资源。采用聚结气浮技术可脱除锌冶炼污酸中的汞,考察了聚结剂M201添加量、反应温度、混合时间、气浮时间和酸度等对汞脱除效果的影响。结果表明,最佳脱汞工艺条件为:M201试剂浓度50 g/L、添加量为6 mL/L污酸、室温、混合时间5 min、气浮时间10 min、酸度33.67 g/L,在此条件下,污酸脱汞率好,可达99%以上,污酸残余汞含量2 mg/L,污酸脱砷率为31.56%,污酸残余砷含量为21.9 mg/L,砷汞分离效果好。
Smelting waste acid generally contains heavy metal ions such as mercury,arsenic and cadmium.If it is not treated,the direct discharge will seriously pollute the environment.The mercury from zinc smelting polluted acid was removed by coalescence air flotation.The traditional treatment methods have certain limitations,and can not recover heavy metal resources.The effects of the addition of reagent coalescer M201,reaction temperature,mixing time,air flotation time and acidity on mercury removal were investigated.The results showed that the optimal conditions for mercury removal were as follows:M201 reagent concentration 50 g/L,6 mL/L waste acid,reaction at room temperature,mixing time 5 min,air flotation time 10 min,acidity 33.67 g/L.The mercury removal rate of waste acid was over 99%,and the residual mercury content of waste acid was 2 mg/L.The arsenic removal rate of waste acid was 31.56%,and the residual arsenic content of waste acid was 21.9 mg/L.The separation effect of arsenic and mercury is good.
