摘要
学生评教是教师教学质量的直接反馈,督导评教是教师教学质量的监督手段。以某所“双一流”大学8468名本科生4年的培养过程数据为研究对象,从教学督导、学生角度出发,分析不同视角下教学质量评价结果的一致性。在SPSS软件上采用t检验对督导和学生评教进行一致性检验,对结果进行量化后,发现督导评教和学生评教在90%的课程上具有一致性,并对小部分的差异课程进行分析。特征分析结果表明,差异课程具有规模小、开课学期集中度高、学生成绩偏低的特征;相关性分析结果表明,督导和学生评教与课程属性、开课学期及课程规模相关性显著。鉴于此,提出优化差异课程结构、探索新型教学模式、完善学生评教体系的建议,以更好地指导课程改进。
Students’evaluation of teaching is the direct feedback of teachers’teaching quality,and supervisors’s is the monitoring tools of monitoring.The article based on the four-year training process data of 8468 grade 2016 undergraduates who were from a dou⁃ble first-class university as the object,analyzes the consistency of teaching quality evaluation results in different perspectives from the perspective of supervisors and students.We used t-test to test the consistency between the supervisors and students’evaluation of teaching in SPSS software.After quantifying the results,we found that they are consistent in 90%of the courses.Further,we analyzed a small part of the different courses.The results of the characteristic analysis show that the characteristics of the difference course has the small scale,high concentration of course in semester,and low students’achievement in general;the results of the correlation anal⁃ysis show that the evaluation of teaching by supervisors and students is significantly correlated with the attribute,semester and scale of the course.In view of this,article proposed the suggestions to enrich the student evaluation system,optimize the structure of different courses and explore a new model to guide the improvements of course.
