摘要
目的:对比分析天竺黄和人工天竺黄的微观结构及元素组成,为天竺黄和人工天竺黄的快速鉴别提供参考。方法:采用普通光学显微镜与偏光显微镜比较天竺黄和人工天竺黄的粉末显微特征与偏光性,联用扫描电镜-能谱仪(SEM-EDS)比较天竺黄和人工天竺黄的微观形貌与元素组成。结果:普通光学显微镜显示,天竺黄与人工天竺黄的差异在于有色团块和条状物;偏光显微镜显示,天竺黄与人工天竺黄均无偏光性;扫描电镜显示,天竺黄呈粒状集合体、粗糙,而人工天竺黄紧实、平滑;能谱仪检测结果表明,天竺黄和人工天竺黄的主要元素含量顺序及其他元素种类有一定差异。结论:天竺黄和人工天竺黄的微观结构及元素组成存在差异性,综合利用普通光学显微镜、扫描电镜和能谱仪可快速鉴别天竺黄和人工天竺黄。
Objective:To analyze and compare the microstructure and elemental constituents of Bambusae Concretio Silicea(BCS,also known as tabasheer or bamboo manna)and Concretio Silica Praeparata(CSP),and provide a basis for rapid identification of BCS and CSP.Methods:The microscopic characteristics and morphology of BCS and CSP were observed using ordinary and polarized light microscope and scanning electronic microscopy(SEM).The element composition of BCS and CSP was compared utilizing energy dispersive spectrometer(EDS).Results:BCS and CSP can be distinguished with ordinary light microscope by colored lump and strip.The polarized light microscope showed that both BCS and CSP had no polarizing property.SEM showed that BCS was granular aggregate and rough,while CSP was compact and smooth.EDS indicated that it was differential for the content sequence of main elements and the kinds of other elements between BCS and CSP.Conclusion:There were differences in microscopic characteristics and elemental constitution between BCS and CSP.Therefore,ordinary light microscope,SEM and EDS can be used to identify Bambusae Concretio Silicea and Concretio Silica Praeparata quickly.
