摘要
对于以培养勤动脑、精动手的模具专业人才为主的高职院校而言,以区域经济和高新技术产业发展需求为目标,以企业对模具高技能人才需求为立足点,力求建立一个科学合理、系统完善、具有特色的模具设计制造专业人才培养模式就显得尤为重要。基于应用性、实践性、综合性的原则,模具专业建设必须深入考虑加强校企合作、协同育人、系统开发人才培养新途径,有效促进模具专业学生职业能力的形成,才能使培养对象真正具备企业所需的复合型高技能人才的特色。
For the higher vocational colleges which focus on cultivating the die&mold professionals who are diligent and skillful,it is particularly important to establish a scientific,reasonable,systematic and characteristic die&mold design and manufacturing professional training mode with the development needs of regional economy and high-tech industry as the goal and the needs of enterprises for die&mold high skilled talents as the foothold.Based on the principles of application,practicality and comprehensiveness,the construction of die&mold specialty must deeply consider strengthening school enterprise cooperation,collaborative education,and systematic development of new ways of talent training,so as to effectively promote the formation of professional ability of die&mold specialty students,so as to make the training object really have the characteristics of compound high skilled talents needed by enterprises.
