摘要
目的研究胫骨横向骨搬移微血管网再生技术在糖尿病足(DF)治疗中的临床应用效果。方法选择该院2019年12月—2020年5月期间收治的糖尿病足40例进行研究,由于治疗措施不同分为两组,各20例,其中对照组实施开放性清创术,研究组采取胫骨横向骨搬移微血管网再生技术治疗,观察两组患者溃疡面积、治疗前后生活质量。结果治疗前两组患者生活质量评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),术前两组患者患肢温度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗前两组患者患肢溃疡面积差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后研究组生活质量评分高于对照组,术后1周研究温度高于对照组,治疗后研究组患肢溃疡面积少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于糖尿病足实施胫骨横向骨搬移微血管网再生技术,可有效提升患者生活质量,并缩小患者溃疡面积,使得踝肱指数、经皮肤测定的动脉血氧张力好转,值得应用。
Objective To study the clinical application effect of tibia lateral bone transfer microvascular network regeneration technology in the treatment of diabetic foot(DF).Methods 40 cases of diabetic foot admitted to the hospital from December 2019 to May 2020 were selected for the study.Due to different treatment measures,they were divided into two groups with 20 cases.The control group was treated with open debridement and the study group was treated with tibia transverse bone transfer microvascular network regeneration technology,to observe the ulcer area and quality of life before and after treatment in the two groups.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the quality of lif e scores between the two groups of patients before treatment(P>0.05).There was no statistically difference in the temperature of the affected limbs of the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).There was no statistically difference in the area of ulcers in the affected limbs of the two groups before operation(P>0.05).After treatment,the quality of life score of the study group was higher than that of the control group.1 week after operation,the temperature of the study was higher than that of the control group,and the area of ulcers in the study group after treatment was less than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of the microvascular network regeneration technique for the lateral tibial bone transfer of diabetic foot can effectively improve the patient’s quality of life and reduce the ulcer area of the patient,so that the ankle-brachial index and the arterial blood oxygen tension measured by skin are improved.
