摘要
目的探讨急性缺血性卒中行机械取栓的疗效的分析及临床价值。方法方便选择该院2018年6月—2020年3月收治的55例行机械取栓的急性缺血性卒中患者为研究组,另选取55例未取栓的急性缺血性卒中患者作为对照组,对比两组治疗总有效率、生活质量和并发症。结果经治疗后,研究组患者总有效率94.55%,对照组总有效率80.00%,两组差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.238,P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者ADL评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,研究组ADL评分(80.35±11.26)分优于对照组(67.53±9.47)分,对比差异有统计学意义(t=6.462,P<0.05);研究组和对照组并发症发生率分别为12.73%、9.09%,组间差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.374,P>0.05)。结论急性缺血性卒中行机械取栓的疗效明显,患者生活质量提高,该治疗方式不会带来额外并发症,值得临床推广使用。
Objective To investigate the analysis and clinical value of the curative effect of mechanical thrombus removal in acute ischemic stroke.Methods 55 patients with acute ischemic stroke who underwent mechanical thrombectomy were convenient selected in the hospital from June 2018 to March 2020 as the study group,and 55 patients with acute ischemic stroke who did not receive thrombus were selected as the control group.The total effective rate,quality of life and complications of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the study group was 94.55%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 80.00%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.328,P<0.05);before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in ADL scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the ADL score of the study group(80.35±11.26)points was better than that of the control group(67.53±9.47)points,and the difference was statistically significant(t=6.462,P<0.05);The incidence of complications in the control group was 12.73%and 9.09%,respectively,and there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(χ^(2)=0.374,P>0.05).Conclusion The curative effect of mechanical thrombectomy for acute ischemic stroke is obvious,and the quality of life of patients is improved.This treatment method will not bring additional complications and is worthy of clinical application.
