新型银制品洗涤剂的研制

摘要 银制品的清洁和保护问题始终受到人们的关注.银在干燥空气中加热不会被氧化,但当与水分、亚硫酸氢盐或与硫化物共存时,银会被硫化而变色发黑.为了更有效地清洁、保护银制品,通过对洗涤剂主要成分的分析和多种单因素试验,研制出一种新型高效的银制品洗涤剂.结果表明:一定比例的有机酸加入硝酸、合适的缓冲溶液及环保性表面活性剂,能很好清洁银制品,并提高银制品的洗涤效率. The cleaning and protection of silver products has always been concerned by people. Silver will not be oxidized when heated in dry air,but when it coexists with water,hydrogen sulfite or sulphide,silver will be sulfurized and become black. In order to clean and protect silver products more effectively,a new efficient detergent for silver products was developed by analyzing the main components of the detergent and several single factor tests. The results showed that a certain proportion of organic acids added nitric acid,appropriate buffer solution and environmentally friendly surfactant could clean silver products well and improve the washing efficiency of silver products.
