摘要
高校继教工作者在成人学历教育向非学历在职教育转型的过程中,需要根据不同的岗位提升自身职业能力,成为成人学习、组织学习的专家。“学习项目设计师”应该是当前我国高校继教工作者的专业定位,具备专业化、专职化、专家化和差异化学习体系设计力、师资课程组织开发力、项目实施与改进保障力、项目品牌认知推广力、组织学习行为改善力“三专五力”的岗位能力。
In the process of the transition from adult education with academic diploma to on-the-job education without academic qualifications,educators involved in continuing education at universities have the necessity to study how to improve their professional ability based on various positions to become experts in the field of adult learning and organizational learning.In terms of“the designer of learning project”,it should be the professional orientation of the educators involved in continuing education at Chinese universities.Educators should have the position competency of“three specialties and five abilities”.Three specialties include professionalization,specialization and experts,while five abilities contain to design the differentiated learning system,organize and develop the teacher curriculum,guarantee implementation and improvement of project,recognize and promote the project brand,and improve the organizational learning behavior.
