摘要
本文以2个玉米品种为材料,研究了不同浓度硫酸锰溶液处理下玉米种子发芽后的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、过氧化物酶(POD)和丙二醛(MDA)含量的变化。结果表明,不同玉米品种间种子MDA含量差别明显,经硫酸锰溶液处理后的种子MDA含量与清水对照相比差异极显著;黄金糯1号种子经硫酸锰溶液处理后3种抗氧化酶活性均表现出先升高后下降的趋势,而银龙白玉糯种子则表现为持续升高趋势;经硫酸锰溶液处理后玉米种子萌发过程的抗性增强。
Two varieties of corn were used as materials,the content changes of the superoxide dismutase(SOD),catalase(CAT),peroxidase(POD)and malondialdehyde(MDA)of germinant maize seeds were studied in different concentrations of manganese sulfate.The results showed that there were significant differences in MDA content of different varieties,and the MDA content of maize treated by manganese sulfate was significantly different from that of the control.After treated by manganese sulfate,the activities of 3 antioxidant enzymes of Huangjinnuo 1 increased first and then decreased,while that of Yinlong baiyunuo continuously increased.The resistance of maize increased during germination after treated by manganese sulfate.
