摘要
在全油轧制铜带轧机生产过程中,出口侧铜带表面含油量大,不仅会影响到铜带的板形,也会影响轧机的轧制,提高了生产成本也不利于环境保护。因此,如何在铜带轧制生产时,有效去除铜带表面轧制油,就显得尤为重要。本文对轧机轧制时铜带表面残留轧制油原因进行分析,提出了轧制油进入轧机出口侧的三种途径:通过上支承辊辊面甩到出口侧、通过工作辊辊缝甩到出口侧、通过轧制油油雾冷凝后滴落到铜带表面。然后针对这三种途径,从源头着手,采取“以防为本,防治兼顾”的思路,研发了用于全油轧制铜带轧机的支承辊清辊器和防缠装置,成功的将轧制油与出口侧铜带隔绝,解决了全油轧制铜带轧机的除油问题。此技术目前已被应用到多套由中国重型院总成套的铜带中精轧机组,实际应用效果较好,具有良好的应用推广前景。
In the rolling process of all oil rolling copper strip mill,it exists much residual oil on the surface of strip at the exit side.Those oil will not only affect the shape of copper strip,but also affect the rolling process,which will increase the production cost and are not conducive to environmental protection.So how to effectively remove the rolling oil from surface of copper strip is particularly important.This paper analyzes the causes of residual rolling oil on strip surface during rolling,and puts forward three ways for rolling oil to enter the exit side of rolling mill:through the upper back-up roll surface to the exit side,through the work roll gap to the exit side,and through the oil mist dropping to the surface of strip after condensation.In view of these three ways,this paper takes the idea of prevention as the basis and taking both prevention and control into consideration,develops a backup roll cleaner and an anti-winding device for the all oil rolling mill,which successfully isolate rolling oil from the strip at the outlet side,and solve the oil removal problem of all oil copper strip rolling mill.This technology has been applied on many sets of copper strip mill provided by China National Heavy Machinery Research Institute Co.,Ltd..The actual application effect is good,and it has a good application prospect.
