摘要
为有效实现对汽车传动系扭振噪声的控制,针对某前置后驱型汽车存在的低转速车内轰鸣噪声问题,设计了一种控制方法,根据传动系扭振引起车内噪声的机理,完成了相应模型的建立,据此计算自由振动与受迫振动,并通过传动系扭振测试验证了模型的有效性,在此基础上提出了控制低转速车内轰鸣声的方案。
In order to effectively control the torsional vibration and noise of the automobile transmission system,this paper designs a control method for the low-speed roaring noise of a front-rear-drive vehicle.According to the internal noise caused by the transmission system torsional vibration and its mechanism,the establishment of the corresponding model is completed.Based on this,the free vibration and forced vibration are calculated,and the validity of the model is verified by the torsional vibration test of the drive train.On this basis,a scheme to control the roar of the low-speed car is proposed.
