油田污水中硫酸盐还原菌杀菌剂的研究 被引量:7

Study on the Inhibition Effect of Three Kinds of Bactericides on Sulfate Reducing Bacteria in Oilfield Wastewater

摘要 硫酸盐还原菌(SRB)是石油生产过程中常见的有害菌,其主要危害是引起生物腐蚀和注水水质沿程恶化。油田常用的杀菌方法为操作简单、杀菌效果明显的化学杀菌法,其技术关键是高效杀菌剂的开发及杀菌条件的优化设计。研究了3种杀菌剂CA-SJ01、CA-SJ02和CA-SJ03在不同条件下对南海Z油田采出污水中SRB的抑制作用。通过单因素法,得到了单一菌剂的最低杀菌温度、最低使用质量浓度、最短杀菌时间。在此基础上,通过杀菌时间、杀菌温度、杀菌剂质量浓度3因素3水平L_(9)(3^(3))正交实验,考察了不同杀菌剂的最佳使用条件。结果表明:CA-SJ01的最佳使用条件为温度35℃、质量浓度10mg·L^(-1)、处理时间30min;CA-SJ02的最佳使用条件为温度35℃、质量浓度5mg·L^(-1)、处理时间6 h;CA-SJ03的最佳使用条件为温度25℃、质量浓度50 mg·L^(-1)、处理时间1 h。最后结合海上平台高效开发时效性,优选CA-SJ01作为硫酸盐细菌杀菌剂。 Sulfate reducing bacteria(SRB) is a common harmful bacterium in the process of oil production, which mainly caused biological corrosion and water quality deterioration. Chemical sterilization method with the characteristics of simple and effective is considered as the commonly sterilization method. The key of the technology is the development of high effective bactericide and the optimal design of sterilization conditions. In the paper, inhibition effect of three kings of bactericides(CA-SJ01, CA-SJ02 and CA-SJ03) on SRB in Nanhai Z oilfield wastewater under different conditions was studied. The minimum bactericidal temperature, the lowest mass concentration and the shortest sterilization time were obtained by the single factor experiment. On the basis of single factor experiment, the best conditions for the use of different fungicides were investigated by L_(9)(3^(3)) orthogonal experiment, including sterilization time, sterilization temperature and mass concentration of bactericides. The results showed that the optimal working conditions for CA-SJ01 was as follows: temperature 35 ℃,mass concentration 10 mg·L^(-1), treating time 30 min;the optimal working conditions for CA-SJ02 was as follows: temperature 35 ℃, mass concentration 5 mg·L^(-1), treating time 6 h;the optimal working conditions for CA-SJ03 was as follows: temperature 25 ℃, mass concentration 50 mg·L^(-1), treating time 1 h. Combined with the high efficiency development demand of offshore platform, CA-SJ01 was selected as the bactericide.
