不同配比基质对番茄幼苗生长和生理指标的影响 被引量:8

摘要 [目的]本文旨在探索不同配比基质对番茄育苗的应用效果,从中筛选最优番茄育苗基质配比。[方法]本试验以‘法国硬粉108’番茄为材料,以腐熟枸杞枝条为主料,通过添加一定比例的蛭石、黄沙和炉渣复配成育苗基质,研究不同基质配比基质理化特性以及对番茄幼苗生长与生理指标,并运用隶属函数法对不同配比基质处理下的幼苗进行综合分析。[结果]结果表明,S5基质(腐熟枸杞枝条∶蛭石∶黄沙∶炉渣=4.5∶0.5∶2.5∶2.5,体积比)处理下的番茄幼苗40~50 d时株高迅速生长,60 d时,株高显著高于其它处理。并且,S5基质处理下番茄幼苗壮苗指数、叶绿素b、可溶性蛋白分别为0.0313、0.526 mg·g^(-1)、2.75 mg·g^(-1),与对照基质下番茄幼苗相当,均显著优于其它基质配比。[结论]腐熟枸杞枝条具有良好的理化性质,且与黄沙、炉渣和蛭石配比有利于番茄幼苗的生长,其中S5可以部分代替草炭基质用于番茄育苗。 [Objective]Present study was conducted to explore the effects of different proportion of substrates on the growth of tomato seedlings,and to determine the optimal substrate ratio.[Methods]In this experiment,the′French hard powder 108′tomato was used as the material,with decomposed wolfberry branches as the main material,and mixed with a certain proportion of vermiculite,yellow sand and slag to form a seedling substrate.The physicochemical properties of different substrates and the effects on the growth and physiological indexes of tomato seedlings were studied.The comprehensive analysis of the seedlings with different matrix ratios was carried out by using the subordinate function method.[Results]The results showed that the plant height of tomato seedlings treated with S5 substrate(the Decomposed wolfberry shoots∶vermiculite∶yellow sand∶slag=4.5∶0.5∶2.5∶2.5,volume ratio)grew rapidly at 40~50 days,and significantly higher than other treatments at 60 days.Moreover,the seedling growth index,chlorophyll b and soluble protein of tomato seedlings treated with S5 substrate were 0.0313,0.526 mg·g^(-1) and 2.75 mg·g^(-1),which were similar to those of tomato seedlings treated with control substrate,and were significantly better than those of other substrates.[Conclusion]The decomposed wolfberry branches have good physical and chemical properties,and is beneficial to the growth of tomato seedlings when mixed with yellow sand,slag and vermiculite which indicated that S5 can partly replace peat matrix for tomato seedling.
